• Adult content, escort services, or sexually explicit material
• Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, or deceptive headers and subject lines
• Get-rich-quick, pyramid, MLM, binary options, and unlicensed financial offers
• Unlicensed pharmaceuticals, miracle cures, and unverified health claims
• Cryptocurrency pump schemes, ICO promotions, and unregistered securities
• Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence

Every commercial message must include an accurate "from" identity, a valid physical postal address, and a working one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are honoured automatically and permanently within our platform.

Do not attempt to bypass plan sending limits, share accounts across unrelated organisations, resell raw SMTP access, or overload the API. Sustained bounce rates above 5% or complaint rates above 0.3% may trigger automatic throttling.

Violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, or immediate termination without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement and anti-abuse organisations where legally required. Report abuse to support@nufumail.com.
