Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NufuMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use NufuMail only for sending email to recipients who have explicitly consented to receive messages from you. Spam, deceptive content, and any unlawful use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Billing and refunds
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. Past usage is non-refundable.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Credits for downtime are available per our SLA on Scale plans.
Limitation of liability
NufuMail is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NufuMail's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
