Service Delivery Policy

NufuMail is a digital software-as-a-service product. Nothing physical is shipped; access is delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout.

1. Activation time

Subscriptions are activated automatically as soon as PayPal confirms your payment — typically within a few seconds and always within 1 hour. Your login credentials and dashboard link are emailed immediately.

2. What you receive

Access to the NufuMail application, your plan's monthly sending and contact allowance, all included features listed on the pricing page, and support at the level of your plan.

3. No physical shipment

There are no shipping costs, customs charges, or delivery addresses. All taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

4. If you don't receive access

Check your spam folder first, then email support@nufumail.com with your PayPal transaction ID. We restore access manually within 1 business day, or issue a full refund under our Refund Policy.

5. Billing cycle and renewals

Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD via PayPal. Renewal dates match your original purchase date, and you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
