Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: August 2026

NufuMail operates a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited bulk email. Compliance is a condition of using the service.

1. Legal frameworks we require you to follow

You are responsible for complying with all applicable email marketing law in the jurisdictions you send to, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, the UK PECR, and the EU GDPR / ePrivacy Directive.

2. Proof of consent

You must be able to demonstrate, on request, how and when each recipient consented — for example a signup timestamp, IP address and source form. We may ask for this evidence during onboarding or after a complaint and may pause sending until it is provided.

3. Unsubscribe handling

Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately and the address is added to a permanent, account-level suppression list. You may not re-import, re-subscribe, or send to a suppressed address through any other means.

4. Complaint thresholds

Accounts exceeding a 0.3% spam complaint rate or a 5% hard bounce rate are reviewed by our deliverability team. Sending may be throttled or suspended while remediation steps are agreed.

5. Authentication requirements

Sending domains must have SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured before campaigns are released. We verify domain ownership for every sender address.

6. Reporting spam

If you received unwanted email sent through our platform, contact support@nufumail.com with the full message headers. We investigate every report and act within 1 business day.
